Greenhouse and garden tours are available during the summer. We are happy to share how we grow things, how we compost, make a manure tea, fertilize. Why do we have so much clover in our grass? How we create our soil? We live at the base of the mountain and so to grow things in these conditions can be a challenge.

In the summer months (June to August), we offer in our Garden Bistro nutritious light refreshments = smoothies made from vegetables and micro-greens grown in our greenhouse and veggie garden. We also have available a variety of drinks and hard ice cream.
